As Quality and Risk Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Developing, implementing and facilitating best practice systems and processes for quality and safety within Wyndham Clinic Private Hospital.
- Preparation for and achievement of Accreditation utilizing quality systems eg ISO.
- Providing effective leadership in quality and risk management, and assist department managers to audit and review their practices
- Assistance in the delivery of special projects as directed by the Executive team. The role will work closely with the Hospital Executive, Departmental Heads and staff towards a hospital wide commitment to, and involvement in, continuous Improvement.

Successful candidates will have:
- 5 years’ experience within a health care organisation
- Relevant tertiary health sciences qualification, or acceptable equivalent
- Demonstrated understanding of the National Standards and quality systems eg ISO, ACHS
- Understanding of quality improvement and quality management principles and practices
- Experience in Incident and Complaints management systems and processes.
- Presentation skills, report writing and analytic competence.
- Ability to see projects through to completion.
- An understanding of and commitment to quality improvement.
- A current Working with Children check and police check
