- Unique rural Qld location, 4 hours west of Brisbane

Join the Tarcoola Aged Care Facility in Tara, where you will use your expertise to continue to deliver high quality clinical care and continuous improvement to our residents whilst maintaining compliance at all times.
To be successful in this role you will:
- have current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- have worked as Senior Clinician, Clinical Coordinator, Clinical Manager or Facility Manager (or similar) in aged care
- be able to meet the criteria for 'Key Personnel'.
- have a demonstrated understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and how this relates in the workplace
It is also adventageous but not essential if you:
- have experience in staff leadership and change management
The successful candidate will need to relocate to Tara and be on-call when required.
