About the role

You will be an experienced Psychologist lookiong to join a vibrant and dynamic team based in beautiful Wollongong NSW. You will enjoy the benifits of an ASX listed company, inspired by the great opportunities available for professional development and personal growth within the organisation.

Duties include

• Conducting assessments including vocational, initial rehabilitation, manual handling training, rehabilitation and work-site assessments
• Planning, coordinating and monitoring implementation of programs
• Complex and results-focused case management - achieving safe and durable Return to Work, or optimal function outcomes within case outcome, duration and cost guidelines
• Meeting or exceeding targets/KPIs while maintaining quality and customer care
• Liaising with key stakeholders and building strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives

What you need

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling (or similar)
• AHPRA, ASORC or RCAA registration
• Comcare accreditation (desirable)
• Experience in rehabilitation, clinical or occupational health settings
• Exemplary communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a range of people
• Business acumen and the motivation to achieve financial targets
• A fun and vibrant attitude with a positive mindset
