The role includes:
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments
- Developing treatment plans
- Provide rehabilitation and falls prevention initiatives
- Specialised assessment and prevention planning for pressure injuries
To be a part of this organisation you will have:
- A Degree in Occupational Therapy
- A passion to improve the lives of the elderly
- Full Registration with AHPRA
- Indemnity Insurance
- Full Drivers Licence
- National Police Check
