IRT is looking to appoint an experienced and motivated Regional Lifestyle Manager to join its Communities Team. Working full-time, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of the Southern NSW and ACT Lifestyle Communities including providing leadership and direction to all lifestyle employees in order to achieve the highest levels of quality and resident satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to apply your customer centric mindset to deliver an exceptional resident experience and your commercial acumen to execute on the business plan and transforming ideas into practice with a leading organisation.

Your Responsibilities: You will ensure effective and efficient operation of the regional Communities business, champion resident needs and create new activities & social interactions for our residents.  You will be responsible for the operational management including but not limited to budgets and high level customer service.

As the Regional Lifestyle Manager you will promote a customer centric culture with our residents and staff.

To be successful: You will have tertiary qualifications in Business, Health or an appropriate discipline and/or substantial experience in a senior management role.  You will have experience in leading and managing in a face to face customer service environment.

With your excellent communication skills you will have the business development and networking ability to succeed in this role.  Being action oriented, innovative and able to translate broad goals into achievable steps is a must for this role.
