COMPANY
Our client, a leading not for profit organisation has established themselves in the market as a leading provider of quality services across residential and community aged care. With multiple sites nationally and centralised processes, this group is experiencing significant growth with continued short term and long term forecasts.
ROLE
Our client is looking for a Manager of Quality & Clinical to facilitate quality and clinical improvement planning and strategy across the group.
Your role will include:
- Lead the clinical and quality program including coordination of policy, procedure, clinical indicators, governance, audits and investigation
- Ensure services maintain a focus on delivering high standards of care
- Demonstrate a commitment to innovation, governance and continuous improvement
- Work closely with HO with a focus on achieving KPIs
- Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and legislation
- Contributing to the ongoing growth of the organisation and building a positive work culture
In order to be successful in the role, you will have:
- Extensive quality and clinical management experience at site and regional level
- Previous employment experience in residential aged care
- Proven ability to lead teams to achieve KPIs
- Extensive understanding of accreditation and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous quality improvement initiatives
