Cerebral Palsy Alliance will assist you in extending your clinical competence while you gain valuable experience in supporting children and adults with a range of physical, sensory, intellectual and neurological disabilities. You will be confident in identifying problems, applying solid clinical reasoning and experience, and participating in the development and delivery of holistic goal-oriented service plans for your clients.

This is a dynamic role with autonomy to open up opportunities for leadership and learning, you will be supported clinically by Cerebral Palsy Alliance clinical governance team that is directly connected to a world leading research operation. In this permanent full time position you will be part of a professional multidisciplinary team located in Wagga Wagga and provide service to the surrounding area being supported by a local, regional and organisational team.

What will you bring to the role? 

  • a relevant university degree
  • current AHPRA registration
  • self-starter, great listener and confident communicator
  • a good understanding of the rights of people with a disability
  • a commitment to making a difference in individuals’ lives
  • the capacity to work independently and as part of a team
  • current driver’s licence
  • Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain upon joining
  • First Aid certificate, or willingness to obtain within 3 months of joining.
