This CRA will work in an international CRO, dedicated to one pharmaceutical sponsor in Melbourne.

Your new role

Working on a permanent basis as a CRA, you will be representing the CRO and will perform routine monitoring visits. Working to a single set of SOP's, you will take on all study monitoring activities, from pre-study through to close-out. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure adherence to the project plans / protocols/ regulatory and GCP obligations
  • Participate in investigator meetings
  • Ensure the integrity of all data submitted
  • Contribute to identify potential investigators
  • Provide update and trial status reports
  • Manage travel expenses economically
  • Liaise with site staff and continually communicate with
  • Principal investigators, client company and project team


You will need to be self-motivated, eager to learn and passionate about clinical research. Working independently with the sponsor, you will present yourself well and have strong attention to detail. You will have 2 years of independent monitoring experience across a range of Phases and Therapeutic areas and a Bachelor's level degree in life sciences or similar discipline.

Responsible to maintaining site relationships, you will have excellent communication skills and will support the site staff with protocol adherence. You will have a thorough understand of ICH GCP guidelines and confidently resolve issues as they arise.

You will have a strong desire to travel around 50% of the time and be keen to develop and maintain long standing site relationships.
