This is an exciting full time ongoing opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to manage a progressive rural aged care facility.
We seek applicants who demonstrate good leadership, unit management, documentation and communication skills, and a commitment to professional development, team leadership and support for ENs and RNs in promotion of a harmonious work environment.
The successful applicant will work closely with the DON to ensure effective communication with the unit and support for staff and with peer support in a multi-campus environment.
