About the Position
As the Team Leader, Illawarra and Shoalhaven Partners in Recovery (ISPIR) you will be responsible for leading the program. This will include leading a team within GPH of mental health peer workers, intake, program and allied health staff. You will also be a key influencer and be responsible for monitoring the performance of ISPIR subcontractors in delivering the ISPIR program.
The successful applicant will have tertiary qualifications in health or community services, will be an experienced change manager, have experience in leading and managing staff, be able to solve complex problems and have a contemporary attitude and commitment to mental health and recovery. Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to lead by influence and to establish partnerships and with a range of service providers and organisations are essential attributes of the position.
The position is based in Wollongong – full time or part time hours (of no less than 30 hours a week) are negotiable.
