About the Role
We seek an enthusiastic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee Soft FM Services within the Bendigo Contract.
Reporting to the Facilities Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery and contract performance of the soft services to the Bendigo Hospital including Portering and Logistics, Environmental Services, Food Services and the Helpdesk Customer Service. The role will manage people and systems to ensure compliance with the terms of the Services Specifications and relevant standards.
The position will commence immediately at the Bendigo Hospital facility located in Mercy Street, Bendigo
To be successful you must be able to demonstrate your previous work experience in a similar role. Experience working in an acute hospital environment would be an advantage.
Applicants must be well presented and demonstrate an ability to operate as an effective member of the team.
As a pre-requisite the successful candidate will require a criminal history check and a working with children's check.
