We require a strategic leader to oversee multiple Aged Care facilities across Brisbane for this reputable Aged Care provider.
This position will see you heavily involved with senior management in order to implement and executive optimum operational processes across Brisbane Sites.
As the Regional Operations Manager, you will be leading a team of established and dedicated professionals and working closely with General Managers, Care and Support team. You will encompass management responsibilities such as financial and budget management, and OH&S. Ensure quality planning, implementation and evaluation of individual care in consideration of their differing needs.
Responsibilities Will Include:
- Develop and implement policies that are relevant to legislation and Aged Care standards
- Management of several Residential Services Managers
- Ensure Financial outcomes are met
- Ensure that correct systems and processes are in place to ensure accuracy
- Promote Continuous Improvement across the sites
- Work alongside the Facility Managers to drive strategies and policies
- Monitor all operational directives
Requirements:
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Senior management experience within Aged Care incorporating financials
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Genuine passion for Aged Care
- Compliance & Accreditation knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of ACFI
- Previous experience as a Residential Site Manager, Facility Manager or Director of Nursing across multiple sites
