We have a unique opportunity for an experienced MSL to join a global pharmaceutical company at the start of their pre-launch activities for their new Oncology portfolio.
With a number of new molecules planned for launch over the next 6-24 months, and further long term investments at a global level, they are seeking someone who can go beyond the technical MSL tasks and add strategic value as they establish themselves within the market.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong commercial acumen, the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a customer interfacing role. The ability to work cross functionally in a matrix structure is critical, with the ability to lead, engage, and influence multiple stakeholders essential.
This is an ideal role for a MSL who wants more strategic involvement and enjoys building a new market, whilst being entirely field based. Since you're not required to be in the office on a regular basis, this role can be worked from any major city such as Sydney or Melbourne.
Minimum 5 years relevant industry experience is required across MSL/field based Medical Affairs roles as well as experience in Oncology.
