The candidates role will be to provide support, coordinate and administer tenders, contract and documentation to the specific needs of medical service division of the organisation.

Description
- Working with medical service providers regarding compliance and managing tenders
- Data entry
- Ensuring compliance of TGA Guidelines
- Liaison with internal stakeholders and external business partners
- Maintain and develop the organisations database and documentation
- Providing end user support and assistance with operational, procedural and process documentation
- Provide and facilitate end user support and change requests.
- Observing and controlling internal work-flow processes and procedures
- General data administration
Profile
- Excellent Microsoft excel skills
- HSC or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Relevant experience within the medical industry(QA/QC)
- Experience working with tenders and contracts
- Data entry experience essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
