Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment, have excellent organisational skills and genuinely enjoy helping people?

Due to growth of the business in Australia, our client  has engaged us to help them recruit for a motivated customer service professional to join their ‘close-knit’ and supportive team.  

Some of the key responsibilities of the role would include:

• Handling incoming calls from customers and providing outstanding customer support
• Processing orders and maintaining the database
• Learning, understanding and conveying technical concepts to customers (full induction programme provided)
• Coordinating warehouse processes – ordering, despatch and delivery
• Creating and maintaining purchase orders and managing national consignment stocks
• Providing support to the sales and marketing department

We are ideally looking to speak with candidates who have come from either corporate customer service and administrative roles, working in Dental, Healthcare or the Pharmaceutical Industries, or from call centre environments.
