• Roving FM role where you will temporarily manage facilities for a range of situations - Cover annual leave, sick leave or step in after a resignation
• Varied stints from a couple of days to a few months
• Step in at facilities across both NSW (majority) and QLD - This can include metro areas or out in country towns
• Enjoy all the resources you need - this is a well structured and generously staffed aged care provider
• Would suit an FM with a flexible lifestyle. Can you leave home Monday morning and return Friday?

The Role
You will step into to manage a residential facility for a period of time, this can be a facility anywhere between fifty and one-hundred and fifty beds.
As the Facility Manager, you will cover all operational duties across finances & budgets, overseeing HR related matters, driving great care standards, leading & mentoring care staff and overall day to day management of an aged care facility.



Your Skills & Experience
We are looking to recruit an experienced Facility Manager who has the ability to step in and thrive within various environments.
You will have:

• Registered Nurse qualifications (AHPRA)
• Proven track record as an aged care facility manager 
• Sound knowledge of ACFI, aged care legislation and the accreditation process
• Good business/commercial acumen
• Great customer service skills
• Flexibility to travel (and spend midweek away from home)
• Ability to drive great care
• Ability to lead, mentor and motivate aged care teams
