ABOUT THE ROLE:
The inpatient nursing position operates within a multidisciplinary team to ensure a highly responsive and flexible service highlighting a holistic approach and competency in the provision of person centred care.
- Permanent Full time position – job share will be considered
- Provide quality client-focussed care to patients, their family and carers, using a holistic approach
- Assessment and monitoring of patients’ physical and mental state
- Be part of a multi-disciplinary team which requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers
ABOUT YOU:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills and current NSW Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated experience as a Registered Nurse – Community and Palliative Care
- Demonstrated ability in accurate drug calculations
