Our client has a vibrant response centre based in the heart of Melbourne CBD. They are on the search for multiple Client Relationship Consultants to work on a full time basis on a rotating roster.

About the role:

The Client Relationship Consultant position is based on the phone. You will be contacted by potential clients of the law firm and collate information and fact find from clients. This is not a role for the feint hearted, you will have lengthy consultative conversations from 30-45mins, this is a position that you will be required to really think on your feet, display empathy and maintain utmost professionalism. 

About you:

You are naturally an empathetic person, you have strong resilience and have a tenacious spirit when it comes to work. You are thick skinned and have excellent interpersonal skills. You are seeking your next career move and you are not a job hopper, you like to really immerse yourself in your work but also have a great attitude to life and work! 

• Excellent written and oral communication skills - in this role you are required to write lengthy notes to lawyers from your conversation 
• Minimum 2 years in a consultative customer service or case management position 
• Experience in claims, not for profit. insurance or work-cover preferable
• In this role you will not be micro-managed, so if you have the ability to work autonomously
