The Position:

From its prime Frankston location, residents of St Paul’s Terrace enjoy sweeping views of Port Phillip Bay and Melbourne City.  We provide apartment style living where residents can feel at home and be supported with person centred care. 

At Benetas, providing exceptional care services to our residents is a key aspect of why we have maintained our standing as one of Victoria’s leading Aged Care Providers. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant who is ready to bring their extensive knowledge as a Registered Nurse to St Pauls Terrace and provide the care teams with expert guidance and clinical care.

Working within a new model of care, and with an amazing team that is dedicated to providing a positive aging experience for residents, you will promote a person centred approach and build genuine connections with staff, residents and families. As a high performer you will work in collaboration with the Facility Manager to ensure exceptional care is provided through active coaching and mentoring of staff.

You are:

• A confident clinical leader (Registered Nurse with AHPRA) with a collaborative approach to working with others
• Able to mentor and support clinical staff and take initiative when needed
• A critical thinker with excellent attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Empathetic and naturally able to build relationships with residents and families
• Experienced in aged care in a similar role or team leadership position (essential)
• Friendly, positive and are naturally able to build relationships that make a difference
• Honest, helpful and dependable - a great asset for the team
