Exciting opportunity for a qualified nurse to step outside the hospital environment and support a leading Urogynaecology practice as an administrator but also assist our specialist clinical nurse in management of our patients.
You will be:
- Enrolled nurse with AHPRA registration
- Have proven organisation and management experience and skills
- Self-motivated with lots of initiative
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills as required in a critical customer service role
- Excellent computing skills using standard softwares, installations, troubleshooting of hardware and software, and able to learn and adapt to different software
- Understanding of marketing principles
- Experience with Clinic to Cloud or similar practice management software
- Experience with specialist Medicare billings and work experience in a specialist rooms for minimum 2 years,
- Experience in a Gynaecology setting either rooms or the ward would be advantageous.

Your role:
Your personality and professionalism will define the experience patients receive on arrive in our office and it should be no less than 5 stars. We develop software in house and so apart from the usual phone and waiting room management, you will be trained in the use of software and be part of the quality assurance team. You will be able to develop policies and procedures, act as a liaison with other specialists, GPs and industry representatives. Your role will extend to marketing and event management and coordination of our hosted events and also provide patients with technical and product support for software as well as specific gynaecology products like pessaries and catheters in conjunction with our senior nurse specialist. It goes without saying that such a multifaceted role is suitable only for the highest quality candidates.
