About the company
Our Client is a Global Medical Devices company who provide a range of life saving technologies to hospitals around the globe. Their continued success is due to their innovative approach to the market and commitment to providing the best solutions to support both patients and clinicians alike.
About the opportunity
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for implementing and devising successful strategies to ensure continued growth and market share for your surgical products. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will assume responsibility for the P&L and allocating sales & marketing budgets accordingly.
You will present with a strong leadership background in the medical industry and have a in-depth understanding and exposure to both the sales and marketing functions within the surgical device product area.
Skills and Experience
- Experience of working at Business Unit Manager level or similar
- Medical Device industry experience mandatory - preferable within the surgical device arena
- Proven track record working across both sales & marketing
- Strategic and commercial mindset
- Tertiary qualification in a Health, Science or Business related field
- MBA Qualified advantageous but not essential
