An exciting opportunity exists for a Social Worker Advanced - Adult to deliver advanced Social Work clinical services and clinical leadership to stakeholders/customers of the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) and Queensland Health, across a multidisciplinary team and at the service level.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a specialist level of clinical skill in one or more areas of a complex or critical nature with the ability to independently apply specialist and novel judgement to meet the needs of patients across the continuum of care.
- Provide high-level clinical support and advice to staff within the multidisciplinary team (MDT) with the management and problem solving regarding clinically complex patients.
- Possesses advanced clinical leadership abilities and facilitates the integration of services across specialties within a clinical area to coordinate the delivery of effective Mental Health and Social Work services across the SCHHS.
- Provide high-level clinical advice within area of expertise to clinicians, professional and operational teams, relevant service managers and other stakeholders regarding professional standards, service initiatives, service needs and clinical service development.
Remuneration value up to $28 074 p.a., comprising salary rates $59.47 - $62.05 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP5) (part time position, 15.2 hrs p.f.).
