This exciting position includes operating under a Consumer Directed Care model for Home Care Packages. The successfull Registered/Enrolled Nurse will be required to provide creative and purposeful Case Management for the valued clients of Huntley Home Care. We have a unique and innovative model and are the only Medical Centre who is an Approved Provider for Home Care. AHPRA registration
Current Drivers Licence and Car
Current National Police Check
Some Community or Residential Aged Care experience
Positive attitude
