Acute Support Allied Health Professional
Work for an excellent service providing acute, sub-acute, primary and community-based health services to the ACT and surrounding region.
Your role will be delivering timely access to hospital care services in the ACT region.
You will be carrying a varied caseload, with a focus in aged care services.
You will be working in an established hospital providing a full range of services including obstetric, medical, surgical, neurosurgery and neonatal intensive care.
This position is open to physiotherapists, occupational therapists and qualified social workers. Ideally for a 3 month commitment to ensure continuity of care.
Essential Criteria:
- Deliver timely access and care to a high standard of quality
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
- Deliver evidence based service
- Full AHPRA registration for relevant disciplines
- Social Workers must have a tertiary qualification in Social Work
