This facility is based in the Hawesbury Region of New South Wales.  


THE ROLE.

• You will be given the responsibility to run all operations of this 70+ bed facility
• Managing financial performance, you will focus on empowering your staff to provide the best possible care for residents.
• Other areas of responsibility will include ACFI, quality improvement, mentoring & leading staff and occupancy

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• AHPRA registration (RN qualfications)
• Proven experience managing a residential aged care facility
• Ability to lead, mentor and inspire your staff
• Excellent knowledge of aged care legislation, ACFI and accreditation
• Fantastic people skills / ability to build relationships
• A strategic thinker who can act on ideas to make continuous improvements
• Good business acumen
• A passion for delivering great care and customer service for residents

***Salary Package of about $125,000 + super***
