Our client is a leading national Occupational Health Service provider passionate about managing and preventing workplace injuries, and improving the health and well-being of staff for some of Australia's largest companies as well as small to medium sized businesses.

This opportunity will allow you to bring your expertise in service delivery front and centre to achieve strategic goals in line with the organisation's vision to support workforce resilience in their partnerships.

You will be well supported by the newly established Executive Team in your responsibility of managing the day to day operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage operational objectives to enable the execution of the organisation's strategic vision
• Establish, design and execute the digital health and technology innovation process
• Create and manage team budgets
• Manage and guide a team of 20 Allied Health professionals, acting as a formal line of communication between team members and the Managing Director
• Lead and coordinate key operational projects to ensure efficient and profitable outcomes for stakeholders

You will have:

• 2-5 years' experience in a similar role within the injury management industry or related health field
• Project management, executive administrative, digital literacy and strong analytical skills
• Clinically Trained Allied Health Practitioner
• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Administration or Management highly desirable
• Expert communication skills
