Selection Criteria to be addressed: Qualifications, including: Early Childhood teaching qualification or diploma level education and care qualification as defined in the Children’s Services Education and Care Services National Regulation, 2011; Child Protection Statement of Attainment from a course approved by the New South Wales Regulatory Authority. Current first aid certificate and asthma and anaphylaxis management training or willingness to obtain Understanding of national regulations and quality standards (and assessment) for education and care services A demonstrated ability, or prior experience, developing and implementing operational policies and strategies for an early childhood education service Knowledge of funding relationships with state and federal government agencies involved in children’s services Leadership and management experience in a child care setting Highly developed time management and organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Demonstrated ability to manage performance and provide effective supervision to a large team of staff High level oral and written communication and interpersonal skills Need more information?
