What you'll be doing
Participate in the development and delivery of population health projects that address the prevention of diet related diseases in the Hunter New England population.

A key role of the position will be to contribute to increasing the appropriateness and effectiveness of Population Health services for key priority populations, including the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.

Job share and part time arrangements will be considered for no less than 24 hours per week.

An eligibility list will be created for future similar vacancies, both permanent and temporary.
