What you'll be doing To collaborate with the manager/deputy manager, to provide a comprehensive Physiotherapy service within the site. This includes providing clinical and administrative leadership, setting professional standards, workforce planning, assisting with clinical practice development, and coordinating the development and implementation and evalutaion of safety and quality processes. To maintain an appropriate physiotherapy clinical case load. Current registration to practice as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Demonstrated experience in leadership and managing a clinical service, department or team. Varied and extensive clinical experience as a Physiotherapist working in a variety of settings, including acute inpatient services. Demonstrated highly proficient written, verbal, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Proven ability to effectively prioritise and organise own work / caseload and facilitate this in team members. Demonstrated ability to successfully complete quality improvement projects and lead implementation of evidence based practice. Understanding of resource allocation, service development and resource planning as relevant to Physiotherapy services. Demonstrated understanding of how the District is Caring for the Coast and how this role would contribute. Need more information?
