We are seeking an OT or PT in Melbourne to take on this exciting role as their new Clinical Services Coach.
  
This role will see you collaborate with the education, training and management team to ensure education, mentoring and the welfare needs of clinical staff are being met.

The Applicant: 

• Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration
• Leadership experience
• Clinical education experience

The Role

• 3 Days per week
• Subcontracting position
• Provide clinical coaching to staff
• Ensure KPI’s are being achieved
• Identify employees who require extra support
• Promote positive company culture, staff retention and the company’s vision and values
• Assist graduates to feel confident and competent
• Monthly assessments of the wellbeing of staff
• Assist in the supervision of staff with limited registration

The Package:

• $50 / hr + Professional Development
