An opportunity is now available for a Product Support Specialist in our Technical Services Team in the Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Division.

Based in our East Brisbane office, your focus will be on exceptional customer care throughout the product lifecycle. Your attention to ensuring customer concerns, enquiries and other technical needs are met is key to building customer engagement. 

We are looking for someone who can rapidly develop product expertise, gain knowledge of our customers and their requirements and understand the commercial parameters that drive success. We need you to work hands-on to improve the customer training experience, using your presentation and communication skills to work collaboratively with our Product Managers and internal customers to produce high quality results.

Your work will include investigation, documentation and resolution of customer complaints, opportunities to use your prior experience and initiative to develop and improve customer training, undertake continual improvements, deliver on global targets and uphold our company guidelines.

Previous experience in a diagnostic laboratory and a relevant science or clinical qualification is essential.  Your experience in using business systems and software including Microsoft Office is also well developed.
