We are seeking an experienced Medical Imaging Technologists to join the multi-disciplinary team to provide optimal radiographic imaging within the Angiography Suite.
Previous Angiography experience will be highly regarded but is not essential to be considered for the position. On the job training will be offered to successful candidates.
Our state-of-the art Angiography Suite offers the following services:
- Cardiac and Vascular angiography
- Cardiac electrophysiology (EP) services, including diagnostic EP, pacemaker and automatic implantable cardioverter defibrillator (AICD) insertion, cardiac resynchronisation therapy (CRT) and ablation of arrhythmias, including atrial fibrillation
- Percutaneous coronary interventions and stenting (PCI)
- Aneurysm repair
- Peripheral revascularisation and stenting
The Requirements
- Current AHPRA Registration (Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia)
- Previous experience in Angiography will be highly regarded but is not essential
- Ability to work within and contribute to the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care
- Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within the multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated advanced written and verbal communication
