About the Role
We currently have an exciting roving opportunity for the role of ACFI Coordinator EN or RN to manage and coordinate all activities and documentation relating to ACFI
The ACFI Coordinator will assist in ACFI assessments, collating ACFI packs, identifying opportunities for ACFI uplifts and ensuring accuracy and best practice at all times whilst optimising ACFI submissions.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate for this position will be an EN or RN and will have:
- Demonstrated high level of clinical assessment skills
- A strong leadership skills with exceptional communication skills
- A current AHPRA registration
- Great documentation practice
- Great understanding of care planning, goal setting and evaluation documentation
- Demonstrated strong customer service ethos and commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Current police check
