Permanent casual position available for immediate start
Approximately 22 hours per week ongoing (including alternate saturday)
$26.20 per hour
Our busy Podiatry / Osteopathy clinic in Newport is looking for a highly motivated receptionist (experience preferred but not essential) with an excellent work ethic and time management skills. Applicants must be well presented, have excellent English verbal/written communication skills and be motivated to learn additional skills. Computer skills are essential; must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email. Knowledge of TM2 and Cliniko practice management software would be ideal.
Approximately 22 hours per week:
Tuesday (full day 8am-5:30pm),
Wednesday (8am - 1pm),
Friday (1pm-6pm) and
Alternate Saturday (8am - 1:30pm).
Flexibility regarding weekdays. .
Roles will include but not limited to:
- Meet and greet
- Answering calls
- Use of practice software (TM2 and Cliniko Practice Management) for appointments / invoicing / reports
- Filing / Faxing / Scanning of documents
- Sterilisation of instruments (training will be provided)
- Liaising with external medical clinics and health professionals
- Inventory supply / ordering
- General Cleaning and organisation of clinical rooms and reception
- Creating documents and spreadsheets
