Family Time Australia is a Transdisciplinary Family Centre providing high quality therapy and holistic, evidenced based programs to children experiencing developmental or behavioural challenges. We focus on a wide range of delivering activities, based on fun, to children of all abilities and ages.
Based at Payneham with easy onsite parking available, you will report directly to the Centre Manager. Our dedicated team of specialist healthcare professionals, need the support of an experienced Receptionist to assist with a range of functions to create the best experience possible for our clients. FTA work closely with parents, carers and their families to achieve the identified goals for their children, ranging from birth to fifteen years.
This is a full time opportunity to start asap.
Ideally, you will have the following:
- Must have Reception experience
- Experience in Allied health would be an advantage, but not essential
- Be someone with a genuine care for children and have a desire to make a connection with them and their families
- Be able to undertake a wide range of office based tasks simultaneously
- Experience working with, or an understanding of children with disabilities or developmental delays would be helpful
- Strong computing skills is essential
- Warm, open & professional communication skills are a MUST
- Be Highly organised with good time management skills
- A mature outlook and logical problem solver
- Be a genuine team player with a focus on supporting the business and our clients.
