What you'll be doing The Switch Board Operator is responsible for providing a courteous and efficient communication service within Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital. This operator is an integral part of the switch service at Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital, providing assistance 24 hours, 7 days a week. Selection Criteria High professional communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to work in a busy team environment Demonstrated commitment to customer service Ability to cover a 24hr/7 day per week rotating roster Previous experience in operating PABX Switchboard Need more information?
