You will contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive and integrated range of physiotherapy services, appropriate to the needs of the Yorke & Lower North community. Working as a member of a multidisciplinary community health team, you will manage a caseload which may include general medical and post-surgical inpatients, domiciliary care, paediatrics, aged care, Transitional Care Program and ante-natal patients. You will utilise a combination of preventative, early intervention, treatment/therapy and evaluation approaches, and deliver services to eligible clients in accordance with team and service priorities. You must hold a recognised qualification within the Physiotherapy profession, and be eligible for practicing membership of the Australian Physiotherapy Association. With experience in working as part of a multidisciplinary team and providing client-centred care, you will be capable of prioritising referrals and workload. You will be capable of providing straightforward clinical services, including one-on-one, group and health promotion activities, and be committed to supporting clients, carers and families to navigate the service system. Your sound interpersonal and communication skills will equip you to interact effectively with people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
