Dietitian - Mental Health, Drug & Alcohol Services This position forms part of the dietetics team based on the Bloomfield Campus at Orange, and provides clinical nutrition services to inpatients and outpatients. The position works in a mental health recovery focus model and within a multi-disciplinary team, and also works as a part of the broader dietetic team at Orange Health Service. Employment Type: Permanent Full Time Position Classification: Dietitian Lvl 1/2 Remuneration: $61,173.00 - $88,625.00 pa Hours Per Week: 38 Requisition ID: REQ51883 Number of FTE: 1.00 Applications Close: 19 Jul 2018 This is a targeted position in accordance with the Government Sector Employment Rule 26, Employment of eligible persons. Where you'll be working This position sits within the Mental Health, Drug & Alcohol Services at Bloomfield Hospital in Orange, a part of the Western NSW Local Health District. What you'll be doing To provide a high quality clinical dietetics service to consumers in the Mental Health Drug Alcohol Service, Orange Health Service. Selection Criteria Qualification in Dietetics and current authority to practice with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or eligibility for membership with the Dietetics Association of Australia (DAA).Demonstrated knowledge of and skills in contemporary nutrition and dietetics in a mental health recovery focus model and experience working in a similar setting.Demonstrated effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own work / caseload.Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement and evidence based practice.
