Administration Officer Level 3 The vision for South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) is ‘exceptional people, healthier lives’. To provide a high level of Administration support to the Respiratory & Sleep Medicine Department. This includes frontline reception duties dealing directly with patients, staff and members of the general public, billing and scheduling of appointments and registration of new patients. The position involves the use of multiple scheduling systems including iPM, eMR, and word for both revenue purposes and appointment scheduling. Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate the ability and willingness to contribute effectively and cooperatively to achieve team goals and changing practices. Demonstrated experience in MS Office, iPM, eMR and preferred PBRC knowledge. Demonstrated knowledge of outpatient processes (preferred) including scheduling and front desk management.
