Due to repeat business & ongoing growth, this organisation is actively recruiting a Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor for their Melbourne Team.

The Job:
You will work in a vibrant multi-disciplinary team environment & perform the following:
- Work with a wide range of clients - Workplace Rehab, TAC & Life Insurance
- Provide early intervention services to key employer customers
- Motivate & engage injured workers in their return to employment
- Case management
- Vocational assessments & counselling
- Reverse marketing & networking with local employers
- Labour market analysis & research
- EAP
- Project work - pilot projects & mental health-related projects with key customers
- Provide training & coaching to junior team members, for experienced Consultants

The Ideal Candidate:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology & AHPRA Registration (Full Registration preferred) or ASORC-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor
- 1-2 years+ Workplace Rehabilitation &/or Clinical experience
- Thrives in a results-driven environment & assisting clients achieve outcomes
- A positive & energetic approach
