HVTC Hunter are offering an exciting Allied Health Assistance Traineeship qualification to the right candidate.
HVTC Hunter is an expert in the employment and training of apprentices and trainees in the local region. Our Host Company, is looking for motivated and career focused applicants that are eager to commence and complete health service qualifications in Cert III Allied Health Assistance.
About the role
The successful applicant will gain practical experience through on the job training and complete formal qualifications. This role entails providing administrative support to a team of therapists and supporting the office reception and administrative functions. The traineeship will be supported by formal training through a Registered Training Organisaiton.
Selection Criteria
- A demonstrated interest and passion for working in the health industry and with children
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Polite and friendly telephone manner
- Basic computer knowledge and usage skills
- Demonstrated honesty, integrity and respect for others
- A trustworthy, professional and reliable work ethic
- Proven ability to take initiative and work within a team environment
- Commitment to qualification completion
- Willingness to undertake a Working with Children Check
