About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to combine their passion for Aesthetics, training, and sales growth of capital devices and consumables. Our Clinical Training Specialist enjoys regular national travel to customers (Cosmetic Physicians and Cosmetic and Laser Clinics) to deliver clinical training, whilst also partnering with our Key Account Managers to determine the clinical needs and provide facilitation of training to our customers accordingly.

In doing this, you would be responsible for:

  • Adhering to treatment protocols to support best practice training of our products and devices.
  • Providing training to clinics on sales skills including cross-selling and combination treatment options.
  • Communicating product specific selling messages to our customers to differentiate Solta medical devices and services versus the competitors.
  • Formulating clinical development plans for top accounts.
  • Facilitating training of internal sales staff through regular in-house education as well as in-field activity.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 3+ years experience in providing adult learning and coaching (Essential).
  • 3+ years' clinical training experience.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a science or related discipline (Preferred).
  • Completion of Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (Preferred).
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with customers.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated sales results and business acumen.
  • Demonstrated commercial and financial analysis ability.
  • Driver's licence (Essential).
  • Demonstrated passion and understanding of the cosmetic business / industry.
  • Proven territory management success within the Aesthetics industry.

This position requires regular NSW and interstate travel, with some weekend / evening commitments attending trade / industry events.
