Customer Relationships Officer
Classification: P/T 20 hours per week (6 month Fixed Term)
Location: IRT Woodlands, Meridan Plains

Looking for the next step in your career? IRT Woodlands is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Relationships Officer to join the team. This is a part-time position, with flexible working hours located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

With support from the Care Manager, this role will:

  • Play a key role in liaising with care customers - connecting them, their families and the Care centre
  • Use excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport and build strong relationships with customers
  • Develop customer relationships and promote products and services the meet individual needs
  • Work in a team including IRT Care employees, management and Sales Consultants
  • Role model excellent customer service capabilities
  • Review customer satisfaction and implement feedback loop processes and continuous improvement plans

To be successful:

  • Qualification in Social, Behavioural, Human Services or relevant previous experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar customer experience role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competent digital literacy skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, whilst being self-motivated and driven
  • Excellent teamwork, problem solving and coordination skills
