Moruya Medical Centre is seeking a full-time experienced Practice Manager to join our team. We currently have 8 GP's, 4 Nurses, 3 Allied health professionals and a well established administration team.

The Practice Manager will be responsible for:

Identifying patient service requirements
Assisting with the delivery of patient care services
Maintaining financial operations
Maintaining computer network
Compliance and Governance
Risk Management
Recruitment
Business and Clinical Operations

Key Skills required:

Excellent communication skills
Proven time management and organisation skills
Demonstrated ability to work with a range of stakeholders
Experience in staff and human resource management
Extensive financial management skills
High level knowledge of computer systems
