Your role

As Clinical Coordinator in this 164 bed facility, you will ensure our aged care clients and clinical employees are supported. Combining case management, clinical governance, ACFI, rostering, and staff management, the role of Clinical Coordinator is essential to ensure the leadership and coordination of all aspects of clinical care at Fernhill Residential Aged Care.   

What do we need from you?

• Current Division 1 Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse
• Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, accreditation and ACFI
• Current national police check (or the ability to obtain one) 
• Evidence of Australian work rights
