Our clients based within the Ipswich area are currently looking for reliable Personal Care Workers who have a passion for being a positive influence to those around them, who are genuine and is highly self-motivated in all aspects of Aged Care.
 
We are looking to recruit individuals who are available to work on a casual basis and has the ability to maintain friendly, auxiliary and professional relationships with their clients as well as their families and friends.
 
This company believe that aged care can be the best years of a life and you could become a key asset in making this happen within their residential aged care facilities.
 
 
Duties Include:

• Provide companionship and support daily
• Mobility assistance (e.g.  hoists, swivel cushions and wheelchairs)
• Performing household tasks (e.g. preparing meals, laundry, shopping and cleaning)
• Transporting clients to appointments and outings
• Implementing care programs for clients within their residential care facilities

 
 
The Successful Candidate:

• Compassionate, empathetic and genuine
• Willing to work within a team and independently
• Great interpersonal skills (e.g. written and verbal)
• Passion for Aged Care, Community and Individual Support
• Own reliable transport
