We have an opportunity for an experienced dual Registered Midwife to join the team of this busy Maternity Unit. We may consider short term contracts (12 weeks) however the ideal candidate would be seeking permanent employment and hold Australian, New Zealand Citizenship or PR. The maternity unit offers 21 maternity rooms, five birth suites and can accommodate eight special care nursery cots. The facility also has four operating theatres.

Registered Nurse l Midwife Profile:
- Current AHPRA Division 1/Midwifery dual registration
- Birthing suite experience is essential
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the area of specialty
- Post- graduate Certificate in the area of specialty – highly regarded
- A dynamic and motivated personality eager to learn
- Excellent communications skills – written and verbal
- Strong ability to communicate effectively
- Current National Police Check
