About the role
The WESS (Workplace Employee Support Service, or EAP) Practitioner works directly with clients providing contemporary counselling approaches and interventions to our client services portfolio.
We are recruiting qualified and experienced contract EAP professionals, including Psychologists, Social Workers and Counsellors for a number of Australia wide EAP contracts (including metro, regional, rural and remote). Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander professionals are encouraged to apply.

Skills and experience
- Formal qualifications in Psychology; Social Work; Counselling or other related discipline
- Demonstrated and relevant experience in a similar role (minimum of 2 years)
- Ability to understand the contexts of practice
- Ability to work in a self-directed manner
- Membership to, or ability to gain membership of Professional Association
- Insurance, or ability to gain Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
- Working with Children Check
- Police Check
- Drivers Licence and comprehensive vehicle insurance
- Proficient use of excel, word, powerpoint and cloud based technologies (or ability to learn these packages)
