Salary: Remuneration package of up to $427,223 p.a. (+ other applicable allowances/benefits) comprising salary range of $171,044 - $216,865 p.a. (full time) or comprising salary range of $81.95 to $103.90 p.h. (part time) (L18-L27), recreational leave loading (17.5%), employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%), attraction and retention incentive allowance, regional and rural attraction allowance, motor vehicle allowance, professional development assistance (allowances and leave), and inaccessibility allowance (if applicable). Level of appointment is dependent upon experience and advanced qualifications.

About the role
Provide specialist Nuclear Medicine / PET services across a broad range of imaging modalities within a tertiary level Medical Imaging service.

The ideal applicant will be someone who has proven ability and can demonstrate the following:

  • Demonstrated high level knowledge and skills across a range of imaging modalities, in particular the Nuclear Medicine and PET services.
  • Demonstrated ability to participate in teaching (Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels), and ongoing contribution to research activities.
  • Demonstrated understanding and commitment to the principles of quality and safety for the achievement of service accreditation.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and manage staff in line with quality human resource management practices.
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills necessary for all aspects of the position.
