Your role in our future.

 

An exciting opportunity exists to join the Parkville Familial Cancer Centre (PFCC) in a fixed term, full time role until September 2019.  PFCC provides a range of services to assist individuals and families in adjusting to and managing a high familial cancer risk. PFCC services ensure that heritable factors are considered at every point of a cancer patient's journey and take the opportunity to identify other family members at risk, making risk management strategies available.  The Centre is also a hub for clinical and translational research projects.

 

The Genetic Counsellor will work closely with clinicians, other genetic counsellors and associate genetic counsellors to provide clinical genetic counselling services to patients and their families.
